GCDI was launched in Tanzania in 2003 as a way to help people in need. We began with a Refugee Settlement. Since then we have supported Mecical Clinics. In dry lands we have developed water. We have helped children in poor communities get an education. We have helped build homes for people with disabilities. We have supported widows and orphans. These are acts of kindness in the service of a greater good, service to God.
Our parters are People of Faith. The love of God is formost expressed in the person of Jesus. It is a selfless love which is intended to be given in a generous portion. Those who give funds and those who work on the ground enact the love of God by sharing, working and speaking of the hope that comes from our faith.
